NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 15, 2015,and entered in Case No. 58-2014-CA-006379 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and CHERI DOWNIE A/K/A CHERIE DOWNIE; FIRST BANK, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO COAST BANK OF FLORIDA; SUMMER WIND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF SARASOTA, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A WILLIAM BAILEY are the Defendants, The Clerk, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 19th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL UNIT NO. 12, OF SUMMER WIND, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 49 AND 49A, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1607, PAGE 1617 THROUGH 1674 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO. ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
