NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 9, 2015, and entered in Case NO. 2008-CA-014360-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I LLC, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AC1, is the Plaintiff and BRIAN WINCH A/K/A BRIAN T. WINCH A/K/A BRIAN TROY WINCH; SUSAN WINCH; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on 11/16/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
