NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated September 17, 2015, entered in Case No. 2008 CA 020569 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein US Bank National Association as Trustee for RASC 2007EMXI is the Plaintiff and Antonio Rodriguez; Juanita Vaquera; Any and all Unknown Parties Claiming By, though, Under and against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; John Doe and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 17th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 10, HARVEST ACRES, A LAND CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO. 2005192730, AS AMENDED, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF IN CONDOMINIUM BOO 38, PAGE 12 THROUGH 12C, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
