NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2015-CA-001193-CAAX-ES, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST 2005-A3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-C (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and RICHARD J. PETERS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD J. PETERS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC; THE GROVES GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of Court for PASCO, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 12th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK V, GROVES PHASE IA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 120 - 150 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
