NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 13, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-006143-ES of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WESTBROOK ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and PATRICK S. HAMANN and RAINA HAMANN are Defendants, Paula S. O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 19th day of November, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Amended Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 16, Block 14, SADDLEBROOK VILLAGE WEST UNITS 3A AND 3B, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 46, Page 74, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, and any subsequent amendments to the aforesaid.

A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
