NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 7, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-003745ES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-10 is Plaintiff and SHOUPE, ESTATE OF ROY LEON, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pasco County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pascorealforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on November 24, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
