Lot 9, WILLOW LAKE REPLAT OF A PORTION OF WILLOW LAKE SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof, as the same is recorded in Plat Book 14, pages 64 - 68 inclusive, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

Has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it, on Natalie Stroud Fenner, Esquire, Franklin & Prokopik, P.C., 10150 Highland Manor Drive, Suite 200, Tampa, Florida 33610 within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in Business Observer and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
You have 30 calendar days after the first publication of this Notice to file a written response to the attached complaint with the clerk of this court. A phone call will not protect you. Your written response, including the case number given above and the names of the parties, must be filed if you want the court to hear your side of the case.
