YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a mortgage on the following property lying and situated in Pasco County, Florida, more particularly described as:

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, upon SPERRY LAW FIRM, the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1607 South Alexander Street, Suite 101, Plant City, Florida 33563-8421, on or before NOV 23 2015, 2015, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
