HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-HE1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and CHERLY A. JONES A/K/A CHERYL JONES; PASCO COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY N/K/A SHANE JONES are the Defendants, The Clerk, Paula S.
