NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on September 29, 2015 in Civil Case No. 12-13400CI-11, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, BRANCH BANKING & TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and MARK A. SANCHEZ; JOSEPH G. LAKE; FIFTH THIRD BANK; REGATTA BEACH CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARK A. SANCHEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEPH G. LAKE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on November 13, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. S-811, OF REGATTA BEACH CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 13243, AT PAGE 420, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
