Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 21, 2015 in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the office of Ken Burke clerk of the circuit court will sell the property situate in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 1048, BUILDING 9, HEATHER HILL APARTMENTS NO. XIII CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4095, PAGE 1889, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 95 BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M., on November 19, 2015.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
