SCOPE OF PROJECT: Provide Construction Management Services at Risk for various projects throughout Pinellas County School District, on a requested basis for an estimated construction cost of less than $2 million. Based on qualifications presented, firms will either be recommended to provide CMR services on projects at or under $500,000, or for projects over $500,000 but less than $2 million.
