Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, Clerk of Circuit Court, Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 6th Day of January, 2016, at 10:00 a.m., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Clearwater, Florida, offer for sale, to the highest bidder for cash, the property located in Pinellas County, Florida, as follows:
Lot 94, Fresh Water Estates, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 46, Page 44, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 1, 2015, in the above-styled cause, pending in said Court.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
