NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 2, 2015, entered in Case No. 14-008321-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka the Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2005-84, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-84 is the Plaintiff and Valerie T. Belle; Unknown Spouse of Valerie T. Belle; The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee on behalf of the Certificateholders of the CWHEQ Revolving Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2005-J are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 17th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 55 FEET OF LOT 3, AND THE NORTH 20 FEET OF LOT 4, BLOCK 101, TOGETHER WITH THE WEST 1/2 OF VACATED ALLEY ADJOINING THE EAST BOUNDARY OF THE SAID SOUTH 55 FEET OF LOT 3 AND THE NORTH 20 FEET OF LOT 4, BLOCK 101, PASADENA ON THE GULF SECTION B, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 60, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
