NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 14-005499-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, Plaintiff, and, MISNER, KAREN, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 30th day of November, 2015, the following described property:

(SAID EASEMENT BEING A PARTIAL CONTINUATION OF STREET PRESENTLY KNOWN MUNICIPALLY AS 10TH STREET SE, LARGO, FLORIDA.)
