NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-006140 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, DITECH FINANCIAL LLC F/K/A GREEEN TREE SERVICING LLC, Plaintiff, and, KARLIN, LOUISE, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 3rd day of December, 2015, the following described property:
THE CONDOMINIUM PARCEL KNOWN AS CONDOMINIUM UNIT 19 OF THE VICTORIA, A CONDOMINIUM (THE “CONDOMINIUM”), ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF (“CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION”), RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 13425, PAGES 802 THROUGH 864 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 131, PAGES 86 THROUGH 90 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
