OSWALD A/K/A DANA OSWALD, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF LAWRENCE A. DEAR, DECEASED, Defendant(s)., et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 17th day of December, 2015, the following described property:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 146, BUILDING 2, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF BELLEAIR FOREST, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 76 THROUGH 84, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED MAY 2, 1980, IN O.R. BOOK 5018, PAGES 1660 THROUGH 1712, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 5055, PAGES 553 THROUGH 563, INCLUSIVE, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
