NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 14th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 522012CA003116XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE C BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006 CB2,is Plaintiff and NORMA B. TOBIAS; et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 12th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 48, SUMMERDALE TOWNHOMES AT COUNTRYSIDE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 123, PAGES 23 THROUGH 25, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 2517 Newbern Avenue, Clearwater, FL 33761
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
