NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 22, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2012-008454-CI of the Circuit Court of the Seventh Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida and an Order Granting Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale Date, dated October 13, 2015, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and, JOHN A. BENNETT and NANCY A. BENNETT are the Defendant(s). The Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell the property at public sale on December 8, 2015, to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 am, on the prescribed date at WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
