NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 29th day of September, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15000335CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORP., HOME EQUITY ASSET TRUST 2005-8, HOME EQUITY PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-8 is the Plaintiff and MELISSA K. BUCHAK A/K/A MELISSA KAY BUCHAK A/K/A MELISSA BUCHAK; EDGEMOOR NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 13th day of November, 2015, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 39, EDGEMOOR ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
