Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure or Order dated October 14, 2015, entered in Civil Case No. 13-008479-CO, in the COUNTY COURT in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein ISLAND PLACE AT HARBOURSIDE OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and ROSE MANGINELLI, et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, PINELLAS County Clerk of the Court, will sell the property situated in PINELLAS County, Florida, described as:
Unit 104, Building 6, Phase 3, ISLAND PLACE AT HARBOURSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM, according to plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 93, Pages 37 through 44, inclusive, and subsequent amendments thereto, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 6348, Pages 1199 through 1302, inclusive, and subsequent amendments thereto, public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH the right to use Parking Space No. 190.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on the 20th day of November, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
