Amended Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 29, 2015 in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the office of Ken Burke clerk of the circuit court will sell the property situate in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 12, BLOCK P, PINEBROOK ESTATES UNIT FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 76, PAGES 88 THROUGH 94, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M., on November 13, 2015.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
