NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 2, 2015 in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-004257 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-10 is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KITTY S. WATTS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RANDALL WATTS, HARBOR VIEW MANOR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., JANE DOE N/K/A SHERRY CHANDLER, RANDALL WATTS, KITTY WATTS, JOHN DOE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17th day of November, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of UNIT NO. 103, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Harbor View Manor, a condominium, as set forth in OR Book 4991, Pages 1009 through 1056, inclusive, and as further described in Condominium in Plat Book 40, Page 37-38, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
