NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 2, 2015 in Civil Case No. 15-000089-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and ANITA L. GLEICH, CHARLES C. GLEICH A/K/A CHARLES C. GLEICH, JR., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17th day of November, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 12, Block 5, North EAST PARK SHORES, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 41, Pages 63 and 64, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
