NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 9, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-005656-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and TIEN DO; TUAN NGUYEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TIEN DO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TUAN NGUYEN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 30 day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 55 FEET OF LOTS 14, 15, AND 16 AND THE WEST FIVE FEET OF VACATED ALLEY AJDACENT THERETO, LESS THE SOUTH 12.5 FEET OF LOT 14 AND VACATED ALLEY AJDACENT THERETO, ALL IN BLOCK 149, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OF SECOND ADDITION TO PINELLAS PARK, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 8 & 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
