NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 11, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-009377-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-NC5 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is Plaintiff and BRIGITTE DONNA LITTS A/K/A BRIGITTE D. LITTS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BRIGITTE DONNA LITTS A/K/A BRIGITTE D. LITTS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 30 day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT PART OF LOTS 18 AND 19, BLOCK “F', SUNSET POINT FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGIN AT SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 19, BLOCK “F”, SUNSET POINT FIRST ADDITION, (PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 95), THENCE RUN WESTERLY ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 19, 128.04 FEET TO SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 19; THENCE RUN NORTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF LOTS 18 AND 19, BLOCK “F” OF SAID SUBDIVISION, 92.1 FEET TO A PERMANENT REFERENCE MONUMENT; THENCE RUN SOUTH 59°43' EAST 148.3 FEET TO A PERMANENT REFERENCE MONUMENT WHICH PERMANENT REFERENCE MONUMENT IS 17.5 FEET NORTH OF SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 19; THENCE RUN SOUTH 17.5 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING; SAID TRACT OF LAND HEREIN DESCRIBED BEING A FRACTIONAL PART OF LOTS 18 AND 19, BLOCK “F” OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED SUBDIVISION.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
