NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 18, 2015 in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 9 AND 10, BLOCK 26, HIGHLAND PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 48, LESS THE NORTHERLY 28 FEET OF THE WESTERLY 15 FEET OF LOT 9 AND LESS THE NORTHERLY 8.5 FEET OF LOT 10 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Shall be sold by the Clerk of Court on the 6th day of November, 2015 at 10:00a.m. (Eastern Time) at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
