NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 29, 2015, and entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-002668-CI-33 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit, in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-SEA1 is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM E. MONK are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on NOVEMBER 13, 2015 at 10:00 A.M., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in PINELLAS County, Florida, to wit:
The North 10 feet of Lot 23 and all of Lot 24, HERRON HEIGHTS, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 10, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
