Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that the Clerk of Court of Pinellas County, Florida will sell the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:

LOT 1, BLOCK 3 AND THE FOLLOWING PORTION OF LOT 11, BLOCK 3, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 11, THENCE WEST ALONG THE NORTH LINE THEREOF, 82.77 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 49.73 FEET TO THE EASTERLY MOST CORNER OF LOT 1, BLOCK 3; THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 11 A DISTANCE OF 59.17 FEET TO THE WESTERLY MOST CORNER THEREOF; THENCE EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 11 OF THE POINT OF BEGINNING, ALL IN WASHINGTON TERRACE, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 98, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, in an online sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on December 4, 2015. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 P.M. on the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
