NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 7, 2015, entered in Case No. 2013-CA-008347-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York As Trustee For The Ceritificate Holders CWALT, Inc. Alternative Loan Trust 2005-84 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-84 is the Plaintiff and Martha Pulgarin a/k/a Martha L. Pulgarin; The Unkown Spouse Of Martha Pulgarin a/k/a Martha L. Pulgarin; Patricia Perez; The Unknown Spouse of Patricia Perez; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Incorporated As Nominee For Real Time Resolution, Inc.; The Avalon Of Orange County Condominium Association, Inc. ; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; Tenant #4 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 17th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 12-19, AT THE AVALON, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8217, PAGE 1960, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
