NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 1st day of December, 2015, at 11:00 A.M. at, or as soon thereafter as same can be done at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, the Clerk of this Court will offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following real and personal property, situate and being in Orange County, Florida to-wit:
Lot 55, The Colony, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 52, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH: all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter made a part of the property.

The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Civil No. 2014-CA-7053-O now pending in the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
