NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 18, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-000567-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-OH2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OH2 is Plaintiff and EVANGELINA ESPINUEVA, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Orange County's On Line Public Auction website: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on January 7, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in ORANGE County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
