NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-003450 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC, Plaintiff and Rachid Harriss and Rachida Harriss, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on January 12, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT NUMBER 287, IN FLORIDA PINES PHASE 2B AND 2C, AS SHOWN IN THE RECORDED PLAT/MAP THEREOF, IN PLAT BOOK 115, PAGES 19, 20 AND 21, OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA RECORDS.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
