NUTTER & COMPANY is the Plaintiff and DORIS A. DONOGHUE A/K/A DORIS A. C. DONOGHUE A/K/A DORIS ANN CROSSFIELD; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; RIDGEWOOD LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; HIGH VISTA AT RIDGEWOOD LAKES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court, Stacy M.
