Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 13, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 15001363CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST
2006-WMC2 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-WMC2, Plaintiff, and GEORGE ARETINO JR.; EILEEN ARETINO;, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 13 day of November, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 11, BLOCK 1884, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 56, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 70A THROUGH 70H, PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
