NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 13, 2015, and entered in Case No. 09001633CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (FMNA) is Plaintiff and CEDRIC STUBBS; DECHANTA STUBBS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; WOODLAND ESTATES HOME AND PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; MULTIBANK 2009-1 RES-ADC VENTURE LLC.; are defendants. BARBARA T. SCOTT, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 14th day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 78, HARBORSIDE WOODS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 7A THROUGH 7C, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
