NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 20, 2015 in the Twentieth Circuit Court in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein FLORIDA OPPORTUNITY REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT, LLC, is the Plaintiff, and TERRY OWENS; LINDA OWENS; HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION; CITY OF PUNTA GORDA; and CHARLOTTE COUNTY are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, BARBARA T. SCOTT, the Clerk of this Court shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, on 11/19, 2015 at 11:00 AM, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
