NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 21, 2015, and entered in Case No. CACE 14-12086 of the Circuit Court of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, wherein SunTrust Bank and Gene K. Glasser as Successor Co-Trustees U/A With Ruth Foreman For The Benefit Of Jack Andrew Foreman is the Plaintiff and Lawrence M. Krupnick; Meadowbrook Lakes Condominium Apartments Building #4, Inc.; State of Florida, Department of Revenue; City of Dania Beach, Florida; City of Hollywood, Florida; Unknown Tenant No. 1 n/k/a Eric C. Krupnick; Unknown Tenant No. 3 n/k/a Alvaro Leon; And Unknown Tenant No. 4 n/k/a Jorge Aatue are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.broward.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock a.m. on the 8th day of December, 2015, the following described properties as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:

Lot 1, Block 2, of ALDEN MANOR, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 8, of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida.

a/k/a 1834 Mayo Street, Hollywood, FL 33020, which is encumbered by a Mortgage recorded in O.R. book 23159, Page 31, of the Public Records of Broward County, FL (“Parcel 2”); and

Lot 14, Block 2896, of PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION SECTION 49, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 63A, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
