NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 20th day of October, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2015CA001267, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and CHRISTINE M. CORRON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTINE M. CORRON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; GRAND OAKS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF MANATEE, INC.; are defendants. Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 24th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT #103, BUILDING #4905, GRAND OAKS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1963, PAGE 4666, AND AS PER THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 32, PAGE 118, ALONG WITH ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
