NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Stipulated Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 12, 2015, setting the sale date as noticed herein, entered in the Captioned Matter of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein LNV Corporation, is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM JOSEPH LONG a/k/a WILLIAM J. LONG, an individual, et.al. are the Defendants, that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, starting at 11:00 A.M. or as soon as the sale may be had, in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes, on the December 10, 2015, the following

Easterling Subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 152, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida: Lot 12, South 10 feet of Lot 13, LESS the East 114' thereof; Lot 14, LESS the East 114' thereof; Lot 15 LESS the West 20' thereof and subject to Easement Agreement recorded in O.R. Book 526, Page 68/70, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida; that part of Lot 21 lying North of the Westerly extension of the North line of Lot 22 of said Plat, subject to the easement appearing in O.R. Book 526, pages 68/70 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
