NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 1st day of October, 2015, and entered in Case No. 412013006671, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION. is the Plaintiff and LEON JERMAINE COLLINS; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NA; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; JAQUALINE YVETTE JACKSON A/K/A JACQULINE YEVETTE COLLINS, A/K/A JACQULINE COLLINS, A/K/A JACQULINE Y. COLLINS; TERIA WENDEL; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 19th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK 'D”, HAZELHURST SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
