NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 20, 2015, and entered in 41-2015-CA-002691 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR HSI ASSET CORPORATION TRUST 2006-HE2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-HE2 is the Plaintiff and ANDREW J. HUDSON; JUNE HUDSON; CITY OF PALMETTO, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on November 24, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13 AND THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 14, BLOCK “A”, THOMPSON AND GAFNER SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, AT PAGE 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
