NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 20, 2015, and entered in 2015CA002497AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSET TRUST 2007-4 MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-4 is the Plaintiff and CAROL L. OLEN A/K/A CAROL OLEN ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAROL L. OLEN A/K/A CAROL OLEN ; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION ; WEST GLENN HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on November 24, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 44, WEST GLENN SUBDIVISION, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGES 92, 93, AND 94, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
