NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 20, 2015, and entered in Case No. 41-2015-CA-002495 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Bank Of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Yvette Thornton a/k/a Yevette Thornton, Dueall Construction, Inc d/b/a Dueall Construction, Latite Roofing and Sheet Metal, LLC d/b/a Latite Roofing, Willowbrook Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 20th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
