NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 20, 2015, and entered in Case No. 41-2014-CA-002877 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Hammocks at Riviera Dunes Association, Inc., Homes of Riviera Dunes Homeowners Association, Inc., Bank of America, N.A., Gregory C. Hamilton, Kathleen A. Hamilton also known as Kathleen S. Hamilton, Rebecca B. Hellman, Richard E. Hellman, Riviera Dunes Master Association, Inc., Unknown Party #1 , are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 20th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 36, HAMMOCKS AT RIVIERA DUNES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 20 THROUGH 23, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
