NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 20, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-002097 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF8 Master Participation Trust, is the Plaintiff and Sherry A. Peterson a/k/a Sherry Peterson a/k/a Sherry Zdorow, Terry A. Peterson a/k/a Terry Peterson, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 20th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 12, BLOCK D, FAIRFIELD ACRES, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
