NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule the Foreclosure Sale entered in Civil Case No. 2012CA1638 of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS INC., ASSETBACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-1 is Plaintiff and FRANK ROE, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Manatee County's On Line Public Auction website: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on December 3, 2015, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK B, KINGSFIELD, PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 20 THROUGH 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
