That certain condominium parcel composed of Unit 108, The Doral at Park Forest, a condominium, and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, restrictions, terms and other provisions of the Declaration thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1205, Pages 429 through 484, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and subsequent amendments thereto,
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defense, if any, on David S. Ged, Esquire, Ged Law, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 101 Aviation Drive North, Naples, Florida 34104 on or before 30 days after the first publication date of October 25, 2015, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for two (2) consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
