NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order dated October 19, 2015, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-002023 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A, Plaintiff and Unknown Trustee of the Antonio Sara Living Trust U/T/D 9/3/1999, Michael Sara, Trustee of the Antonio Sara Living Trust Dated September 9, 1999, Michael Sara, et al are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 11:00 A.M. AT 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on November 18, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
