YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on December 12, 2014 a Complaint To Quiet Title has been filed against you as amended on March 6, 2015, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Christopher Marsala, attorney for Patricia Gallucci, whose address is 5150 Tamiami Trail North, Suite 602, Naples, Florida 34103 and file the original with the clerk of the above styled court on or before November 30, 2015; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the complaint.
All parties claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property described herein below by, through, under or against Joanne Lumetta, Unknown Personal Representative and/or the unknown heirs of the Estate of William Lumetta, Unknown Personal Representative and/or unknown heirs of the Estate of Joseph Lumetta, Unknown Personal Representative and/or the unknown heirs of the Estate of Alice Lumetta, Unknown Personal Representative and/or the unknown heirs of the Estate of Elizabeth Grabowski, and Unknown Personal Representative and/or unknown heirs of the Estate of Connie Caruana.
The nature of the proceeding is an action to quiet title to real property owned and possessed by Plaintiff in fee simple and located at 74 Henderson Creek Drive, Naples, FL 34114 and legally described as follows:
Lot 51,Block F, Henderson Creek Park, according to the Plat thereof, as recording in Plat Book 6, Page 8, of the Public Record of Collier County Florida, the “Property”, which is within the jurisdiction of the court in accordance with Section 26.012 of the Florida Statutes.
This notice shall be published once a week for four consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
